Pickup hours at our Marieville facility are Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30am to 12:30pm . Please leave your callback number and email when ordering . We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

DELIVERY

Shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday inclusive . All orders received from Thursday to Sunday and which must be delivered by parcel will be shipped the following Monday.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our products and insects. To compensate for natural mortality, we always include approximately 5% to 10% additional insects in each container.

If more than 25% mortality is observed, we will provide a proportional credit applicable to any future purchase on exodirect.ca. Please note that shipping fees are neither refundable nor eligible for credit.

All sales are final: no returns are accepted and no refunds are issued. A store credit may be granted when applicable.
